Artificial intelligence can attract plenty of critics as we consider how to address the ethics of it, but some researchers in the Valley are hoping to advance the work of AI for social good. “It’s very important to understand in what ways that AI can improve human wellbeing,” said Hasti Seifi a research professor at Arizona State University.
