More than 4,000 people are still waiting under the Texas border bridge, after spending more than a week there with little supplies. Daniel Foote, the U.S. special envoy for Haiti, resigned and slammed the Biden administration for its “inhumane, counterproductive decision to deport thousands” of migrants.
