White House officials say Johnson & Johnson will ship 3.9 million doses of its vaccine after wrapping up a call with the drug maker just minutes ago. That comes after the coronavirus vaccine was approved for use in the U.S. over the weekend. The first shots will arrive on Tuesday and are being sent through all delivery channels.
