China is to cut tariffs on around $75 billion of US imports, just weeks after Beijing and Washington signed their ‘phase one’ trade agreement. The move will help China to meet its commitment to purchase more US goods, at a time when the economy is suffering from the effects of the coronavirus outbreak.
