The CDC has again updated its COVID-19 transmission guidance, saying the virus can travel farther than six feet though “airborne” transmission. At the FDA, career scientists are reportedly being overruled by the White House in their efforts to enact tougher standards on authorizing a COVID-19 vaccine for emergency use.
