President Joe Biden said the U.S. is sending Ukraine another $1.3 billion in arms and economic aid. Biden also said he’ll ask Congress to authorize further assistance. The money adds to $2.4 billion in U.S. aid already authorized for the fiscal year, much of it weaponry.
